Hand-finished pieces vary slightly by nature. We agree acceptable variation with you and the factory using photos, then inspect against those limits.
Can you source a full collection across materials?
Yes. We coordinate several specialist factories, for example metal, wood and ceramics, and consolidate the goods into one shipment where possible.
How do you stop fragile pieces breaking in transit?
We agree packing specifications in advance, such as foam, inner boxes and carton strength, and run drop tests during inspection.
