Questions
What do you charge?
Sourcing is quoted per project after we see your brief, as a fixed fee or an agreed percentage of order value. You always see the factory's own quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set by each factory. We look for factories that fit your order size and can often arrange trial orders for new products.
Who do I pay, you or the factory?
Usually the factory directly for the goods, and us for our service. We advise on safe payment terms, such as balance payment after inspection.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We coordinate freight and export documents to ports in the UK, Europe, the US, the Middle East and Australia.
Can you help me sell the products too?
Yes. Our Growth Studio can photograph your products, build your store and run your ads.
